RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges accepted up to 30 days from shipping date. (Restrictions Apply)
- Please contact us for all returns - Return Authorization Number required.
- All returned items must be in new, un-used condition in the original packaging.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee: however re-shipping cost must be paid.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees and insurance on returns and exchanges.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid (No COD's) and must be insured. Make sure your return is shipped in a traceable manner, e.g. UPS, USPS Certified or FedEx.
- Shipping fees and cost are non-refundable. This includes "actual" shipping cost of items with free shipping.
- Special Order / Made-to-Order items are not returnable or refundable.
- International orders are not returnable or refundable.
